After the yoga, join the Studland Watersports team for a sauna on Knoll Beach located but a hop, skip or jump right to the sea. Enjoy a rare chance to connect with yourself & nature in the tranquil beauty of this special location. For all levels, this session blends gentle yoga, stretching, and meditation.

What to bring and wear
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise, bring a mat or towel to lie on & drinking water. Sun cream & sunglasses are advised. Swimwear to be worn in the sauna

Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay.
