Explore an exciting period when falconry developed into a sophisticated and noble sport with new techniques brought back from the Crusades.
Witness these birds of prey demonstrate spectacular aerial manoeuvres in and around the castle ruins at 11:30am and 14:00pm. Displays will depend on the birds but last around 30-45mins.

Dogs on leads are welcome.
Please be aware that there are steps, steep slopes and uneven paths in the castle. There is wheelchair access to the outer bailey.
