Victorian cottage a few minutes walk into the town and to Swanage beach. The house layout is over three floors. The ground floor contains the lounge with comfy sofas, the kitchen/diner which has a wood burner, a table with eight chairs, a washing machine and a dishwasher, two fridges, one with an ice box, and an electric oven with gas hob and extractor. This then leads onto a small pleasant courtyard with a garden table and parasol with chairs for eight people. The first floor has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a shower room. The third floor has two more double bedrooms. The house is kept at a very high standard by the owners who use the house as a second home. There is a wardrobe, a TV and a hairdryer in each bedroom. The bedding consists of feather duvets and pillows (hypoallergenic bedding is available on request). Guests will be provided with a bath towel and hand towel each, and a bathmat and hand towel in each bathroom. The house does not have its own parking but you can easily unload and load outside the house and then find parking in residential roads nearby. The central location of the house is ideal for guests who wish to access the beach and the town and a car is not essential once you have arrived.
From London take the M3, M27 through Poole and over the car ferry from Sandbanks to Studland. Alternatively, to avoid the car ferry stay on the A31 and head towards Wareham and then on to Swanage.
