Join one of our knowledgeable volunteers on a free guided walk through the woodland in search of these delightful bushy-tailed creatures as they forage around on the ground looking for a stash of nuts for the winter.
These walks are subject to volunteer availability, please check with Reception on 01202 492164. Walks are free but normal ferry and admission fees apply.
Meeting point: Please ask at visitor reception upon arrival.
Suitability for children: Suitable for children.
What to bring and wear: Wear sensible outdoor clothing and footwear paying special attention to recent and up to date weather forecasts.
Other: Walks are subject to volunteer availability and will take place twice daily between 13 Sept - 23 Oct. Walks last an hour and a half and are free of charge. Check with Reception for availability.
