The Accommodation

A great base for your visit to Swanage, the location is just minutes from everything that Swanage has to offer including the beautiful sandy beach, swanage pier and all the shops and cafes. Beautifully decorated and furnished with smart contemporary style, the accommodation comprises of open plan lounge/kitchen filled with light and air. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, in this room there is also a single sofa bed for 1 extra person should you wish to share the same room. Downstairs in the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed.
Bedroom and lounge have black out blinds.
We can provide a travel cot , high chair and stair gate for our very youngest guests to use (to be organised prior arrival).
Sleeping up to 5 , is perfect for couples, friends or families with kids (bear in mind is still a 1 bedroom flat :) ) SORRY NO PETS
We provide bed linen and towels for each person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, fridge freezer, fresh tea and coffee and everything you need. The smart TV swivels out to be watched from the sofa area or dining area.
The accommodation is split into 2 levels, open-plan kitchen lounge downstairs and bedroom, shower room and toilet room upstairs.
There is wi-if throughout the apartment.
a washing machine, laundry Airer, outside washing line plus a small iron and a ironing board are available for our guests.
You will have the whole apartment for yourselves with your own private entrance, secluded outside area For al fresco dining.
PLEASE NOTE JULY AND AUGUST WILL BE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY , BUT PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU REQUIRE DIFFERENT DATES DURING APRIL , MAY, JUNE AS WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.
