2 Bedooms: 1 King Size, 1 Twin. Sleeps 4. Plus Travel Cot. Bed linen and towels provided.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, separate WC.
Kitchen / Diner: Electric Oven with Gas hob, Retro Fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table to seat 4, large stocked dresser, coffee machine, bluetooth speaker, small porch to rear.
Child friendly: Stair gate, travel cot and booster seat available to use.
Lounge: 2 comfortable sofas, HDTV with freeview, ornamental original Victorian fireplace
Conservatory: Another snuggly sofa, trunk seat.
Fuel - gas central heating.
Garden: A mix of paving, decking and astroturf, framed by a Purbeck Stone wall. Outside seating, outside tap, lean-to and access steps to the side.
Parking: There is unlimited roadside parking from the top of the road near the cottage.
Pets: Very welcome.
Children: Also very welcome.

Assumed start point is driving through Swanage Town centre - travel straight up the High Street passing the Purbeck House Hotel on your left. Continue slightly until Arkwrights shop is on your left, just past the shop turn left up Townsend Road (just before the Black Swan). Bear left onto Queens Road and take the first left again, this is also Queens Road (one way) where the cottage is. This one-way section of Queens Road is double yellow but there is close, available, unrestricted parking in nearby streets.
If you are walking then walk a few minutes up the High Street past the Purbeck House Hotel, when the Mill Pond is down to your right then Queens Road is to your left just before Arkwrights shop.
