Dunford house-Swanage holiday cottage in Swanage

Our property is a quaint 3 storey 19th century stone cottage, situated at the end of a terrace facing other similar cottages across a quiet walkway, in the oldest part of Swanage near the Mill pond. A 5 minute walk from beach and town and Townsend Nature Reserve. Modernised in a contemporary style it still retains much of its original character.
It is fully centrally heated for comfort all year round.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one a good size and the other compact. The cottage can accommodate 3 and there is a sofa bed in the lounge if extra guests are required.
On the ground floor there is the lounge and attached small ‘snug’ area.
From the ground floor, stairs lead down to a further floor comprising the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. The conservatory gives access to a small walled garden with decking, an ideal place to relax.
