Below Decks is a beautifully refurbished seafront holiday home in the heart of Swanage, sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 comfortable bedrooms. Perfectly located on the Parade, you’ll have the family friendly beach, restaurants, and local shops right on your doorstep, making it ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway.

This charming property is accessed via a few steps and is laid out over one floor (basement), offering a cozy garden flat experience without sea views. Leave your car in the private parking space at the rear and step into a warm and inviting home.

The open plan kitchen and dining area feature contemporary units with oak worktops and are fully equipped with a built in forced air combination oven/grill, microwave, ceramic hob, stainless steel cooker hood, integrated dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. The dining table comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying meals together. The sitting area offers plush sofas, a 42-inch smart TV, and DVD player, ideal for cosy nights in with family or friends.
