Join local senior yoga teacher, Helen McCabe, on Wednesday 16th June for a morning yoga sessions on the beautiful location of Swanage pier this summer. The hour long session will be a gentle guided flow classes suitable for all levels and will include an introduction to simple breathing techniques, some standing and seated postures and a guided relaxation. Anyone can benefit from the simple tools of yoga, which can be a wonderful practice for general wellbeing. Regular practice can develop strength, stability, flexibility and, ultimately, a calm mind.
£10.00 per person
£25.00 for three sessions
All levels and abilities welcome. Not suitable for children.
