The Accommodation

The Beach House, is a stunning five bedroom detached family residence, located on Battlemead, which is one of the most desirable roads in Swanage. It is situated just minutes from Swanage's beautiful sandy beach and is a stones throw to Beach Gardens where the tennis courts, basketball court & 18 hole putting green are located. The property comfortably sleeps 13 guests plus infants. The property also has sea views from the Second Floor.The details of the accommodation are as follows:-

GROUND FLOOR

Porch - with drying area.

Main Entrance & Hallway.

Downstairs Toilet.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Large family fully fitted kitchen & dining area. Hotpoint Luce - Double Oven, Microwave, Integrated Fridge/Freezer & Dishwasher, Washing Machine. Large Dining table with seating for up to 12-14. There is also a smart TV in the dining area. Separate door leading into the Garage making it easily accessible. Double Patio doors lead onto a large Decking Area with Outdoor Table & Chairs. There is also a Gas BBQ available for your use during your stay. Steps from the Decking Area lead down onto the large lawned garden which includes a Children's Play Area & Gym.

Living room - Large spacious room with plenty of seating to unwind and relax. Large L shaped leather sofa with 2 additional sofa's with plenty of seating for all. Smart TV/DVD Player, Table Football and a Log Burner with patio doors also leading onto the decking area and fully enclosed garden.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1 - Twin room with Bunkbeds.

Bedroom 2 - Large Double room - with Kingsize Double bed & capacity for a travel cot.

Bedroom 3 - Triple room - Double with a single.

The above rooms will have use of the large spacious Family Bathroom - with seperate bath & shower.

Bedroom 4 - Master Double with Kingsize bed & Ensuite Bathroom with separate bath & shower.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 5 - Quad room with sea views. Kingsize double with double sofa bed & ensuite bathroom - with separate bath & shower.

There is off road parking on a private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. There is also plenty of additional parking if required immediately outside the property on the road which is restricted to cars only NO vans.

GARAGE

There is also a Garage for storage of any bikes, kayaks, inflatables or paddle boards you bring with you on holiday.

GARDEN

There is a large lawned garden with a Decking Area, Outdoor Dining Table & Chairs with a Gas BBQ. There is a Children's Play Area and a Gym for the adults to use during your stay.

PARKING

There is off road parking on a private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. There is also plenty of additional parking if required immediately outside the property on the road which is restricted to cars only NO vans.


Directions

Wareham is the nearest Train Station & there is a regular bus service to Swanage. Bournemouth Airport is approx 30 mins by car & Southampton Airport is approx 1hr. Poole is the closest cross channel ferry Port & Portsmouth Port is approx 1hr by car. Car hire is not essential.

Swanage is ideally situated on the Jurassic Coast & is on the coastal path perfect for walkers & for visiting nearby attractions such as Durlston Castle, Kimmeridge, Lulworth Cove/Castle & Durdle Door.

Corfe Castle is approx 10 mins by car or bus. The towns of Bournemouth, Poole, Dorchester & Weymouth can all be easily accessed by car or bus & are within a 25 mile radius of Swanage.
