The Accommodation

Bay View is a luxurious, detached, family friendly holiday home, with fantastic sea views over Swanage Bay, with many benefits, including a hot tub. The property is in a prime location, less than a 10-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and town centre of Swanage. The large, bright, open plan kitchen and dining room provides a great social space for family gatherings. The large, welcoming sitting room is off the hallway and has comfortable seating in front of a Smart TV and bi-folding/patio doors to the outside terrace to enable you to enjoy the stunning views of Swanage Bay and the Purbeck Hills.

Heading upstairs, are four impressive bedrooms. The spacious, master suite has a king size bed, with plenty of wardrobe space and features amazing views over Swanage. The spacious second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with large walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. The bright, third double bedroom features the views over Swanage and the Purbeck Hills. The fourth bedroom has child size bunk beds with an additional pull-out trundle bed and a cot.

The beautiful large garden is accessed from the terrace or side door on the ground floor, with several steps down to a large lawned area. The front drive provides parking for 3 to 4 cars.

It is only a short walk to Swanage beach and town, as well as a short drive to the pretty village of Corfe Castle, Studland and many other nearby attractions.
