Fully equipped Kitchen area with oven,hob,microwave,fridge-freezer & seating for 4.
Lounge area with TV,radio/cd player,DVD player.
Bedroom 1-first floor, Kingsize bed, Bathroom with bath & separate shower enclosure.
Bedroom 2, (access via stairs from bedroom 1)Second floor, small loft room with 2 x 2ft 6 inch beds, suitable for children only, due to very low sloping ceiling.
Garden with seating and barbecue.*PLEASE NOTE,PARKING is on roadside, there is no reserved parking at the property*
NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Directions

From A351, follow signs Swanage Town Centre, travel along Victoria Avenue until large car park on righthand side, turn left directly opposite car park into Northbrook Road,
Property is approximately 300yds on lefthand side at junction with Walrond Road.
If travelling via the chainlink ferry, follow signs into Swanage, at the clock tower on seafront, turn Rt into Victoria Avenue, take first Rt (before traffic lights)into De Moulham Road, Take second Rt into Walrond Road, drive to end of road, you will be at junction with Northbrook Road, 'Acorns' is opposite you on corner.
