Triangle Garage for sale again

http://www.amberglobe.co.uk/basic_details.aspx?ref=799

Asking Price: £950,000
Turnover: £49k pw

Brief Details

Amberglobe is delighted to offer for sale Triangle Garage. Established in the 1970s, it has been in our client's careful ownership since July 2007. During this time our client has invested over £180,000 in the business, creating a brand new 1500sq.ft Spar convenience store with all new equipment. The business, which is virtually unopposed, has excellent all year round trade, which is boosted in the summer months by the many visitors to the area. Annual turnover is currently £2,556,136, which is growing rapidly as the convenience store becomes established. Fuel sales are approximately 2.5 million litres per annum.

If this is a viable business, I wonder why the owners who havent been in long want to sell so soon?
Anything to do with the petrol leak into the river last summer?
