The Accommodation

A friendly, independent, locally based company specialising in self-catering accommodation in the Swanage & Purbeck area.
We have properties sleeping from 2-8 people in either flats, houses, cottages or bungalows, many with lovely sea views.
Some properties are available for short breaks (minimum 3 nights) in the off season.

Directions

From Wareham/Corfe Castle direction:
Follow the main road into Swanage; you will come over a railway bridge. After the railway bridge you will see a Texaco garage - please take the next left turning after the garage - follow the road towards the community re-cycling centre just before you reach this you will pass a cafe (The Office) on the right, turn right into this road and then turn right Swanage Holiday Properties is within Unit 6 (also Purbeck Kitchens).

From Sandbanks chain ferry/Studland:
Take the main road into Swanage from Studland along the seafront. At the second shelter with the clock above turn right into Victoria Avenue, continue along Victoria Avenue for approximately 0.9 mile you will pass a large cream house on the right - please turn right into the next road towards the community re-cycling centre just before you reach this you will pass a cafe (The Office) on the right, turn right into this road and then turn right again Swanage Holiday Properties is within Unit 6 (also Purbeck Kitchens).
