The Accommodation

Belvedere Lodge is a stunning Georgian grade II Listed ground floor apartment, that has been lovingly refurbished and maintained to a high standard with comfort and style in mind. The property has two bedrooms, sea views and has been awarded 4*Gold in its quality assessment whilst achieving 5* Gold in cleanliness.
The front room has been tastefully decorated and includes thoughtful touches such as smart TV, games, books, DVDs and beautiful artwork. The high ceilings, sash windows and feature fire place (non working) give a feeling of elegance and style, whilst the sea and downs views offer the perfect setting.
The kitchen has plenty of new units full of all the essential cooking apparatus, a stylish range oven and all the extras you would need whilst away, including dish washer and a washer dryer.
There are two bedrooms, the stylish rear bedroom has a king size bed with views to the rear enclosed courtyard, the front room enjoys sea views and has zip link beds enabling a choice of singles or super king.
A new luxury bathroom was fitted at the end of 2019 with a double ended bath and quality fittings.
Complete with a choice of two courtyards, one at the front with views to Old Harry's Rock and the beautiful Prince Alpert gardens. At the rear is an enclosed courtyard with BBQ and seating area which catches the afternoon rays. There's even a private off road parking space!
Belvedere Lodge is also dog friendly, meaning no one gets left behind! We allow two well behaved dogs (at a total cost of £30).

Directions

By Road
Take the A350 Poole to Dorchester Road, and then the A351 to Wareham, through Corfe Castle and into Swanage.

By Ferry (Please confirm the ferry is running before your travel)
From Ringwood take the A338 to Bournemouth. Follow signs for beaches and Sandbanks to the Chain Ferry B3065/B3369. Once off the ferry follow the B3351 to Studland. Approximately ¾ mile out of the village, take the left fork to Swanage.

By Rail
The nearest Railway station is Wareham, there are connections to Swanage with the Wilts and Dorset Bus Company or Taxis are always available outside the station.

By Coach
National Express run a regular service to Bournemouth or Poole with connections to Swanage with the Wilts and Dorset Bus Company. There is a direct service to Swanage from London but this is only once a day arriving approximately at 10pm

By Air
Bournemouth International is the nearest Airport serving Swanage.
