Poppy Cottage is in a small terrace of Grade II Listed Purbeck stone cottages, built mid 1800s.
Raised away from the road, it is a 10 minute walk into the town and beach, and 2 minutes walk behind the cottage are footpaths leading to Durlston Country Park and the South West Coast Path. Open outlook from the first floor to the Purbeck Hills. South facing rear garden.
The cottage is a typical quarryman's cottage, two up, two down with steep stairway (with handrail) to the two upstairs bedrooms, with a rear extension housing the small kitchen and shower room.
Living room with two sofas, tv/freeview/dvd, board games, etc., and plenty of books and maps on the area. Some views to the hills.
Dining room with table, chairs, radio/cd player, walk in cupboard with fridge and microwave.
Small kitchen with electric cooker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
